i sat down with my kids to explain it...there are 30 houses in our development average values are 200,000 if every house lost 10,000 dollars in value (conservative) and 401k's prolly average 350,000 if they lose 100,000 in a crash thats 110,000 that disappears per family x 30 330,000 per neighborhood x all the neighborhoods in Louisiana x all the states......a ton of money that just disappears that isn't buying stocks, cars, clothes, and real estate....and thats not including all the commercial financial losses.... 2007-12-01 19:10:38
