Super Fund or US can't change the intention of going chap 11 of the people who took the risky mortgages to make a quick buck. The phase 1 of the foreclossures are from the people holding more than one property which were taken on for a quick flip. They could not go beyond lowest teaser rates upon not able to flip at all.
