Exactly what value do these dollars reserves held by foreigners have if the US fails into a depression? Do you think they are stupid enough to choke off the virtuous cycle they have with the US by not re-investing their dollars into the US? No way No way No possible way. KD just sees the end of the game. He is skipping over the first three quarters and is giving the 2 minute warning.
