Yeah, it's sad. I was able to convince my parents as too the scenario that was likely to play out almost a year ago. Yet they still went out and purchased a second house and probably have 6x their combined annual income in mortgage/heloc debt and virtually no savings... Plus my dads pension appears to be invested in a county pool that bought a bunch of subprime securities. 2007-12-01 20:15:22
