Matt, Yes. THIS IS HUGE! Back in '04, I went through a Bainbridge neighborhood's property deeds. Almost every last one of them had a second, and a bunch had a third. Biggest writer? WaMu. WaMu was dead back then. We finally are getting invitations to the funeral. Second point... What's a well-to-do neighborhood doing taking out seconds and thirds? If you have the money, why borrow it?
