Hey! We had one of those 2ds! We used it to purchase a foreclosed property in Central Oregon in 2001. It is the one property we own outright. It is the fallback place if things go totally south.

Shortly thereafter, we sold the Bainbridge house, paid off the first and 2d and pocketed $100K.
