My business owners family buys 2nds, he is a millionaire MANY times over but levereged to the hilt...(maybe its 1sts not sure) From what I understand the games of buying these are done by real pros and the banks are giving them up cheap... That and the tax loan guys, basically you pay the property taxes for someone get 15-16% return (from the goverment)on your cash if not you get a free house... What I find odd is why the vultures are coming in so quick figured they would wait for a bottom? Anyhow maybe the mortgage pros on here can make sense of this my bank account isn't that big to understand where the large money goes... 2007-12-01 22:58:18
