A) Chavez will NOT say "**** you" to the US. This guy is probably THE best manipulator alive in the world. Day 1 post-Katrina and Chavez is offering up his mostly intact Gulf resources FOR FREE, while Bush is still snorting coke at the ranch. This guy has been in a few cross-hairs in his time and is still in the world's top 10 most powerful people... AND among that list has probably done the world the least amount of harm. He was like one vote shy of the Axis of Evil. B) War is in the future. Peace is achieved through abundance, war is driven by scarcity.
