Hey Boz, it's true that Chinese come to US universities mostly to poach IP and go back home where you can use it "for free". But 90%? C'mon, say something reasonable or your point gets tossed out like it's alarmist. Yeah, we're at a zenith, we always are. We were during the Tech bubble when tons of mildly mediocre people shifted into computers. That popped, and a ton more mediocrity moved to mortgage brokering... okay that's gone. But other countries structure entire economies based on the current US bubble! Look at resources being poured into the web and real estate worldwide! The Chinese, with a billion people, and sitting next-door to another billion-person country actually have people LEAVING FARMS for cities to satisfy the demand for NOT FOOD!
