No, it wouldn't. Hyperinflation is ruinous to banks, and anyone else holding capital. Furthermore, hyperinflation is highly unlikely to immediately follow deflation. Economic cycles just don't move that fast. Extremes of any economic cycle are also likely to lead to severe political unrest. Hyperinflation in Germany paved the way for Hitler.
