Mtgspy, Exactly - if this many are defaulting BEFORE resets due to a combination of negative HPA and fraud - freezing resets ain't gonna get you there no how. Yal, How do you qualify people and how many are in that category and how many are stupid enough to take the deal on a rapidly depreciating asset?
