Energyecon, I think you are saying that the markets may very likely tank EVEN though the fed lowers interest rates (because JUST lowering rates without marking to market does NOTHING to truly solve the problem). The tanking markets create a need for US dollars thereby driving the dollar higher. Yes???? 2007-12-02 09:49:49
