Amazing that Stein believes it's a flawed argument to model any theory on housing falling 15% nationwide....I had to double check the date of the article to see if it was written two years ago. Another economic analyst with his head up his ass confusing reality with his perceptions. His general assertion regarding GS is valid and so it wasn't a complete waste of ink. 2007-12-02 10:54:19
