Hi All,
Hopefully this is the correct forum. I'm trying to calculate a yearly % ROI.

Can someone help me, or point me in the correct direction? Let's say I have an investment go from $100 to $630.50 over 12 years.

Assuming compound yearly interest, what is the average %/year?

Basically, I'm trying to put this investment on par with a mutual fund that claims historical % returns.

For example, at http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pm?s=FLPSX

FLPSX claims a 19.74% return over the past 5 years. I'd like to take that same $100 -> $630.50 investment (granted, it's over 12yrs, not 5), and get back calculate it, to get the yearly % return.

Thanks!
