I'm at an outlet mall outside of Tampa waiting in my car while the baby sleeps and my wife and kids check out the deals. It is completely packed, with cars following shoppers to secure their parking spot. I'm on my way home to Miami where the mall there is as packed as I have seen it in previous years. Got my haircut a couple days ago and it was completely dead. The guy who cuts my hair said he has never seen it so slow and said he thought it was because the economy sucked. Everyone and I mean everyone I know is now talking about "the dollar." This is from people who didn't even know the Euro existed a few months ago...interesting.
