Ask yourself this. What would be easier to value, a bunch of these loans fixed 4 or 5% that have had xyz performance over the last 2 years, or a bunch of these loans due to reset at some unknown higher rate over the next 12 months? No emotion, just answer the question. 2007-12-02 15:32:04
