Remember, in the 1990's house sales were like 2 to 2 1/2 times annual income, a $50 small claims court judgment could prevent you from qualifying, "Low Down" was around 10%, etc. Recently they haven't even been asking for social Security numbers and have had Spanish speaking translators. No wonder the banks are in deep **** now.
