" 90-day moratorium on foreclosures " oh man, i just hope someone gave them a call before it's too late. There is NO ONE shopping for homes right now. Pooling 3 months (or more) supply of foreclosed homes and then release together in a market with demand this bad is SUICIDAL. They just killed the most reliable way to recover non performing asset - orderly and gradual sales. I am sorry to say even places that specialized on buying foreclosure liquidation pennies on the $ will not see half their pennies again.
