Lennar is so ****ed. I sold my house in the summer of '05. Currently renting a 4/3 in a Lennar community for cheap (it would probably cost twice as much to own it). When we walk thru the neighborhood we count the empty houses. There are a bunch. Some aren't even being kept up. Lennar runs full page ads in our local paper every weekend. Prices are lower every week. This week it was 3/2 townhome for 130K. They were getting well over 200K previously. 2007-12-02 21:36:21
