Keetz Posts: 401 Registered: 2007-11-02	very well put. i see deflation as the natural outcome. however, i also see BB cutting all the way down to whatever the **** they feel "helps" the market whether it's the right thing to do or not. if i had to bet, i'd say another .25 on the 11th. however, i do recall listening to an X fed board member speak right after the last cut. i don't remember his name but i thought i'd listen to him b/c he was previously on a fed board and wasn't trying to sell a book. he said that b/c the last cut was so expected, that they had to cut. he strongly felt that the fed didn't want to deliver that cut, but again, they had to b/c they basically said they were going to. he implied that the current board would not want to continue cutting rates any further. again this was a month or so ago and opinions change but i thought it was nice to see more light on the matter coming from an X board member. i think the fed along with all the banks/financials, are going to make this a longer more drown out process. nobody wants to face the music. 2007-12-01 10:18:33
