It seems the tempo is picking up pace as its a global disaster in the making and not relegated to the US A recent McDouall Stuart report said that dubious lending practices and poor balance sheet management had resulted in the 12 other finance company failures in the past 18 months, affecting 50,000 investors and $1.3 billion in debenture deposits.
