The place seats 650 and there were maybe 40 people in the joint. Guys, Chin's is a place I used to eat at all the time. On a weekend you would wait upwards of an hour for a table, sometimes two hours. It is expensive but you pay ONLY for the food (we're talking picnic table style dining here guys!) and its damn good.
