You are probably right Genesis, but they don't take advice from us. This year they have upped the stock part of the fund from 40 - 60 %, since "shares historically gives better yields". Doing it in the blow-off-top of a multi-year bull-market is ... well. They are using the best expertise that money can buy, it is done abroad. Norways problem is that we have truckloads of Usd. Where to put them? Money Market funds? Art? They don't disclose where they stack the money, I suppose they have some in BRICK countries too.
