Jinxx, so let's say we implement what you suggest, and additionally let's give the teaser rate to everyone because legally you can separate one class of borrower from another. A year from now, we have no investor willing to lend us money, houses are still going down -faster, savings rate is still nil and can't be counted to replenish the supply.
