Citi just hit me up for a $500 fee comming from someone who took out a credit line on which they paid me a commission and the borrower paid it off early, actually he got another one from his bank, I thought he might try that since he wasn't happy with the combo loan but at the time it was the only way to do the loan. Anyhow, Citi fedexed me a notice it wanted it's $500 back, I did over 20,000,000 worth of loans with them this year. I've never ever gotten one before and of course they can do this, they just never have before, and at the point you're willing to do that to someone who gives you that much business, it means you really really need money IMO.
