Will Obama then immediately begin Executive Orders, PPACA by decree? Though not in this incarnation, I am concerned that some day down the line expatriates will be forced to pay in, either contemporaneously or after repatriation, being hit with huge tax bills upon return, or a tax on any global income that will force people to move back to the USA. ---------- "Why are you going to learn French?" If you take out a mortgage to buy a house you must buy insurance and if you buy a car and use the roads you must have insurance (might be some exceptions). I think if you expect to use the health care system you either pay cash or have insurance. The point is that it is not unusual to be required to have insurance. If you listened to wise latina or the dwarf during oral arguments, they were trying to show that everyone was going to use medical services and ALL medical services are provided by having medical insurance. Anyone without insurance affects the costs of those with.
