26% is IMHO high but not ridiculous. What's "quite a while"? If the answer is "two years", you're probably safe. If it's "one year", you're in the yellow zone. If it's a few months you're gambling that the **** does not hit the fan to any material degree. If it does, you're ****ed. If this really IS K-Winter you're looking at a decade before things truly turn around. That doesn't mean there won't be good and bad periods in there, as there will be.
