Karl is almost certainly an INTJ - bingo - just saw his post.

I have been on 3 or 4 big picture forums where this poll has been run, peakoil.com, some others - virtually every one of them showed the same results as here : by far the majority was INTJ with INTP right behind.

Remember that these two types only make a small fraction of the population. We wonder why Joe 6pack doesnt understand things, it's mainly because they are ESFJ's and they DONT THINK, THEY DO NOT USE OR VALUE INTUITION - they go by what their senses tell them, and their emotions and they hammer down on judging others.

The type of person that spends hours on internet forums debating the 'big issues' - whatever they are at the moment - are almost diametrically opposed to the personality types of the majority of the population.

IMO that cannot be stressed enough if you want to figure out why things go like they do.

INTP here.
