Weezie Posts: 6064 Incept: 2008-05-19 Caution: Congress at Work	I wish I had some artistic talent. Here's another idea - hopefully someone can run with it. It's a variation of the "No Bull**." A sign with a silohette "Monopoly Banker" is standing up (smoke blowing from cigar, natch). A person is on their knees giving a bj. By the parts of the top hat and coattails visible, its obviously Uncle Sam. The 'slash' (no pun intended) covers enough, but it's pretty apparent what the picture is about. This is true at the upper levels of any large organization to an extent but it becomes truly disastrous when the concentrations become huge in the largest organizations - including and especially government. This is known as the Agency Problem or Principal-Agent Problem. A corrupt agent is perfectly willing to take a bribe to mis-direct a much larger amount of the principal's (customer or taxpayer's) money. They would never do such a thing with their own money. That is why it is best for the maximum number of decisions to be made by the princial (taxpayer) himself and the fewest possible by the agent (government).
