Then he stopped spouse for a trumped up citation. The first thing spouse did was ask for the video. Uh, he said the camera wasn't on because of a 'loose wire'. Oh boy, was there a big uproar. The mayor said he talked to the chief and wanted that camera fixed as soon as possible. Spouse then requested video of the 15 minutes prior to the 'loose wire' and 15 minutes after the wire was 'fixed'. What are they trying to hide?" There was also a recent case where the courts said it was ok for the prosecution to lie. That's another way to impeach any prosecutorial testimony, "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you are of course aware that the United States Supreme Court said it's ok for the prosecution to lie.
