I imagine that it isn't often that a company raises it dividend (first link) and then, on the following trading day, lowers its guidance (second link). And, for whatever reason, Kellogg couldn't sit on these announcements until the 26th, when its Q1 earnings are due.

K had a decent volume pop at the open on Friday.
