Poid Posts: 610 Incept: 2010-03-08	LK they have a shiny veneer over the top of it all; looks pretty normal on the face of it (ie street crime wont appear any different to anywhere else) until you understand what the underlying culture and activity is. Esp if you are in one of the tourist areas. Its a conduit for people smuggling, drugs and prostitution rings from the East to West, and for stolen goods, vehicles etc from West to East.
