86 000 soldiers in a drill... seems to me it's a big drill...


IMO nothing will happen since nothing EVER happens... but wouldn't surprise me if NKorea tests a missile or a nuke on July 27... it's their ``Victory Day``. (end of the Korean war July 27 1953)
