If the cops tried to take the knife away, they surely would have been stabbed and/or cut. Cities no longer have the money to pay for workman's comp and the hospital bills for gun-ho cops who think they are Chunk Norris. Here's a shot list of more human ways to disarm a crazy guy who's not aggressive: 1. Hit him with a long stick. 2. Tase him. 3. Tranq him. 4. Shoot him with a bean bag or rubber bullets. 5. Hit him with with a police car. 6. Shoot him in the leg with a single shot. 7. Get one of those dog control poles and pen him down. 8. Toss a net on him. 9. Use pepper spray. 10.
