My interpretation of the chart says K Hov has hit resistance this week right under 16 and the MACD now indicates a buy after today's action. I know short interest is extreme on this stock. What are your thoughts on a short squeeze occurring soon? I've got an order in tonight for some Aug 17.5 calls with some lunch money.

Well, its oversold but has been for a long time. The MACD has just crossed but is anaemic. Stochs don't excite me and neither does DMI.

This range was my original target to cover but I took the trade off when it showed up on the REG-SHO list. So yeah, it could find support here.

Calls are cheap but if we get a credit market seizure $15 is going to look real expensive for all of the builders......

I think I'll put the trade on through July Op Ex. I'd kick myself if I didn't and it turned out to be profitable.

BTW - I appreciate all the time and energy you put into your blog and this forum. My understanding level is way up, although now I'm beginning to realize how much more there is I need to know.

Wouldn't ya know it? My order didn't fill this morning, I blew it off and now K Hov is up 4% already. Crap.
