When the poll is completed, maybe it should be faxed to Congress.

Absolutely they are felons.

Aiding and Abetting:
A criminal charge of aiding and abetting or accessory can usually be brought against anyone who helps in the commission of a crime, though legal distinctions vary by state. A person charged with aiding and abetting or accessory is usually not present when the crime itself is committed, but he or she has knowledge of the crime before or after the fact, and may assist in its commission through advice, actions, or financial support. Depending on the degree of involvement, the offender's participation in the crime may rise to the level of conspiracy.

Worse than... Pick your nose would make a better visual with your comment.

Corruption is essentially termed as an "impairment of integrity, virtue or moral principle; depravity, decay, and/or an inducement to wrong by improper or unlawful means, a departure from the original or from what is pure or correct, and/or an agency or influence that corrupts."[1]
Worse Political corruption, as the dysfunction of a political system or institution in which government officials, political officials or employees seek illegitimate personal gain through actions such as bribery, extortion, cronyism, nepotism, patronage, graft, and embezzlement. Political corruption is a specific form of rent seeking, where access to politics is organized with limited transparency, limited competition and directed towards promoting narrow interests (rent seeking is not to be confused with property rental).

Corruption, when applied as a technical term, is a general concept describing any organized, interdependent system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system's original purpose.

I'm just an average "Joe 6 Pack" with no financial industry background, and even I could see this coming down the pike a couple years ago. For our elected officials and their "experts" to not know this was going on is simply impossible.
The collusion in the system is ridiculous, and there is no doubt in my mind that it was running deep between the markets and Washington.

If D.C. doesn't get busy cleaning this mess up, the RIGHT way (end bail-outs, demand the money back, prosecutions, etc...), there is no doubt in my mind that nothing short of a full-scale uprising is going to happen in the very near future.

Once that happens, the average tax-payers that got bent over on this aren't going to care about excuses, they're just going to want blood, right or wrong. Think about that...

Felon (IMHO)

Not that I'm a fan of conspiracy theory but... all this began with the CRA expanded by Clinton, and a constant support of Freddie and Fannie. Obama in his early career litigated to compel banks to give loans (I suspect questionable ones) until this all became part of the culture and accepted.

So this scheme has been a long term plan put in place to undermine capatalism by an obvious weakness of greed, coupled with politics and the idea of having the right man in place to make sure it could happen without consequence.

Just like in the movie 'the sting', people got sucked in by greed and the politicians allowed it to continue... in some cases afraid "not" to allow it to continue.

More to come on this... but I doubt even pitchforks can stop it. I think that's part of the plan.

I'm just watching and waiting...

To Lie, Cheat, or Steal makes you a criminal;
To tolerate and or assist those who do makes you a party to the crime.
To ignore either when you are charged with upholding the law makes you a TRAITOR to JUSTICE.

To be a party to all three makes you corrupt. Corruption deserves no Compassion.

So far, Obama appears to be a "community organizer" for felons. That makes him the worst kind of felon.

I've noticed that this level of corruption is at almost all levels of government, from local city councils all the way to Obama and his merry band of thieves *cough* Timothy Geithner *cough*. I have a small chance of say getting a city councilman thrown out because he is accepting bribes from clear channel executive to stop legislation limiting their advertising space. I however have no clue what to do with the Federal level problem. Mail, phone calls, emails, and petitions all seem to get round filed unless they have a $5000.00 PAC check attached to them. Even the check isn't enough for more than a few minutes on the phone and then a blow-off if the opponent is say a multi-trillion dollar industry with 30 years of revolving door incest. The outright complicity of our Federal level representatives in this decade long fraud means that they need to come clean fast and distance themselves from their Banking/Finance buddies or be lumped in with the whole lot when pitchforks and torches come out.
