My hood exactly. Townhouses built in 2002 that are probably at a 30+% section 8 rate right now. Trash blowing around everywhere, dumpsters overflowing, 10 to a house, wild ass kids running around and a condo association that is unable to do anything about it. Was a nice little neighborhood when I moved in here about 8 years ago. Now, not so much.
