This will be upheld until it goes into effect. The writing is on the wall. The front runners are buying into the insurance mandate, making the insurance companies a ton of money. They have the hands on the purse strings. When the mandatory preexisting condition clause starts to effect their bottom line. They will turn the tables, and then, and only then will it be struck down. When in doubt it is a safe bet to follow the money.
