Two years ago, Ohio voters approved (after FOUR successive defeats) a constitutional amendment which will set up four gambling casinos throughout the state. They will be opening this year. Encouraging addictive/maladaptive behavior while taking our money and providing a great excuse for using more taxpayer funds to help those with their gambling addiction. Great.
