The 'under', that the Fed is saving our economic system prevents prosecution because due to fear of triggering an economic correction. When it becomes clear that Fed actions are inneffective and the Fed is blamed for the economic correction, then prosecution will begin. This makes the Feds current position: 'prevent economic correction or face criminal persecution', makes them desperate to pretend, though the math does not change.

As a student, you must write and sign a pledge before you turn in a paper and take a test. If you are found to have cheated, the consequences are very clear and stern (expulsion, suspension).
